I believe that hearing different perspectives allows us to have a broader understanding of teaching as a whole. Teachers of lower grade levels will have a very different perspective than teachers of higher grade levels. Teacher who teach in low socio-economic areas will have different experiences than those who teach in more privileged areas. Teachers who teach students with disabilities will have a different perspective and experiences than those who do not. Hearing these different perspectives can offer helpful insight that one may benefit from later down the line in their teaching career.
